Since there was so little catch I'm putting 3 trips to Lake Arthur here together.

• Oct 1, 2013 caught 1 in the lake and 1 in the canal.
• Oct 4, 2013 caught 1 in the canal and gave it away at the landing.
• Oct 8, 2013 caught 3 in the canal 6' deep in heavy cover tight line.

A nice front came through last weekend with  the first real nice weather of the fall with nights in the 50's. Reports are that the water got bad north of HWY 14 after the last good rise in Nezpique. Same reports say that North of HWY 90 is getting good. Water is back to rock bottom after a couple of days of strong North winds.

Coming home over the bridge the water looked kind of dark and fonky.
