About the same as last trip except only paddled 3 miles down. Caught 3 crappie on Charlie Brewer sliders in the same general area but they were on a top and shallower. Caught one under a dock and one weirdo by a cypress. Very hot with an outgoing current in the morning which seemed to reverse as the day wore on. Mermentau gage was still around 2.6 with the water fairly clear.
