Fished a Saturday here and so was able to partner with Daily Fishin one of the working tribe. I managed to catch 2 crappie and a nice 17" bass in the river at Mermentau. Fished the first left against the trees to catch only male crappie. The bass was a nice egg loaded female.
We met up with Perch Jerker from CDC in the canal and it was nice finally meeting him.
The river was at 2.45→
