Nice Monday trip, but only one fish. The current had stopped but seemed about 6" above dead low. Mermentau was at 2.7'. but big rains today have it on the rise again.
A nice cool breeze for the morning turned into blowing like crazy by 10:30 and I left early around noon. Hardly no one on the water.
Went down below the DMAP hot spot, and caught the one down that way 6-8' deep in over 12 FOW.
