Solo trip nets 12 crappie and a nice bass. The fish were nicer with one going 14.5". There were lots of fish under 9" and a couple of catfish. Started seeing fish at the party barge, but nothing above that. The landing smelled super bad with dead small shad all over the launch area. Fish finally showing on the brush piles with all caught about 2' deep with tight line Bobby. Water was clear with a blackish tint, but it was good going South. River was at 2.5' and steady. North winds had pumped the system down pretty good. I was the only boat on the water. On the road by noon due to the threat of storms.
