Well I paddled 6.25 miles for 2 crappie. Went up Lake Bigeaux as far as the first Island and only saw a lot of garfish. The water is real clear and up to 9.1'. After Bigeaux I paddled to the I-10 crossover and then back to the landing.

My only 2 fish were caught in the first hour under the bridge. There were hardly any boats at the landing, and there is only one guy on crappie.com reporting catching any fish. He is out there so often he knows the place like his Mother's face. I'm going to give Henderson a rest for a good while.
