It was a fairly cold day on Lake Martin with on and off rain. I went hoping to try Dale's rake a hole method, but scratched. The water was super clear and it was so miserable that the alligators weren't out.

There were only a couple of boats on the water and the ones I talked to weren't catching either. I tried shallow and in the deep water near the far levee with no luck at all.
