I haven't caught a fish in LA since last fall and today was no exception. There was a little rise on the Mermentau and the wind was lite out of the North, but not a bite. Glad I didn't wait until Saturday as the Regatta is about to happen.

No one else out there trying. That should tell me something. The water is still on the muddy side, but maybe a little clearer. 2.6' @ Mermentau and Nezpique was at 15'.
