I thought the Mermentau below Lake Arthur would be good as there was a hint that it would be a few days before. I finished about 12:30 after paddling the Cuda only 4.5 miles. Zero fish to be found.

I'm thinking the fish I caught a few days earlier was due to a cool front that gave a few nights near 60 degrees. Guessing that the hot weather that followed drove them deeper and out of my abilities.
