We managed 11 small crappie around the 9" mark, but we paid the price. 4 bottles of water and a Gator Aid was not enough.

The temperature was forecast to hit 96 and it probably did. By the time we got back at 3:30 I was very weak. Half way through loading up I had to get in the truck and sit down. I have never felt that bad from the sun and even had the beginnings of nausea. We will have to plan better next time.

The tree removal gang had already finished above Jennings and were working below the park. It was no fun fishing with that bunch all over the place. The bayou was at normal low around 2.94'.
