Managed 6 crappie and a 16" bass in the cove by the SBC. I finally caught a couple around the point going North for the first time. All were caught on black/chart with tight line. I caught the bass, the first ever in LA, about 8' off the loading dock on the North side. I just happened to have my line dangling over the side and dumb lucked that one. Not a bite in the SBC. 

I was out of the water for about 1:30. The fish were far apart, but nice in size. The water was at low gage at Mermentau and getting cold with nights in the upper 40's.
