Fish were pretty evenly split between the 3 lakes. Caught 2 off the pier prior to launch. Mostly caught on Poppa Chop about 3' down. Seems as the warm spells bring them up and the cold takes them deeper.
Met Al (Fred39) toward the end of the trip. Really enjoyed the visit and planning to fish more together.
The water is still too clear in the big lake to suit me.
