Made a daybreak to noon trip to Palmetto Park with Peter from CDC. We only caught 2 crappie and 4 garfish. Caught the crappie away from the bank double rigging. Could be that this is not the spot for hot weather as the last trip was bad too.

The gage in the bay showed the tide was coming up all day, but it didn't have effect as it wasn't high enough to flow back in over the control structure. Range on the gage for the day was from 5.0' to 6.5'. At 6.5' it was still flowing out of Palmetto.
