Water is right at the low mark, but black. Five fish across from Pierre Point, and the other 4 by the Spirit tree. Bobby Garland 3' down with tight line. Only one other boat out. Another week and it should be good. Saw a couple of carp swimming along kind of slow and still seeing garfish.
