Launched at Mermentau and explored stuff to far out for the yak. Went up De Cane and the water looked good, but it was still moving a tad. Went up Nezpique and the water was dirty. Went down below the castle a couple of cuts and the water was nice, but only one fish. Mermentau gage not reporting since 7/7 and the the other 2 upstream gages show 6.0' for Nep and 3.0' for De Cane. Two other boats had one fish between them.
