The water had bottomed around 7.0' a few days before, but was on the way up with a controled rise. So said Bruce that they wanted to bring it up to 9 and hold it. Never have caught with current like there was in the bayou that feeds in from up above. Bruce had done real well only a few days prior and befor the rise.
