Pelba was at 14.38' and supposedly "steady". Fish were near the bottom and all in 10.5' of water. Fished two polls with Bobby Garland baby shad a foot under a 1/4 oz sinker. All caught in Pelba just above the Texaco cut. Couldn't catch without nibbles. Trolling motor churned up mud, but the surface is fairly clear. Met CDC Bruce and Mike. Very few trying and nobody else had any fish that I talked too. Water temp was at 54^. Morning was in the 40's but it warmed up to near 70. A real nice blue sky day with a breeze from the South West.
