Water had started falling but now a rise is beginning due to all the flood rains to the North. Atch is starting to rise again too. Fish were caught around 6' deep tight line with Bobby Garland baby shad. Coming back I saw a bunch of boats piled up on the West end of the boulevard. No idea what they were fishing, but didn't see many folks elsewhere. Few people at the Basin Landing.
