Tried all the canals and was down to the last one when I caught the first fish at 10:00. Caught all 6 in the back of the one closest to White Lake. Very hot and some of the canals had the green slime. Mermentau is low, but the gage is dead as of 7/7. Gave the fish away at the landing. Caught all tight lining Poppa Chop.
