Mermentau is at 2.5' but there is not much clear water in the canals. The 5 fish had 3 females still loaded with eggs. All were caught 8-10" under a cork with purple/white hair jig and OCR trailer. Size was way better than two trips ago when I had 10 fish. Temperature made 80 and it seemed almost hot.
