Pelba is at 15.25' and has fallen from around 17', but it's still not enough yet. Caught the 2 on Poppa 2-3' under a cork in 7'. Didn't see hardly anybody trying. Rode down to the Butte La Rose canal for the first time just to see stink water coming out and turned back around. Only fished until 12:30.
