Tried to launch at Gary's, but the ramp was in such bad condition that I went on to Lacassine Bridge. Caught 12 in the West Canal shallow like spawning but not against the trees. All where off the bank on shallow tree limbs. Nothing deep like there had been the time before. All 13 were caught 1' under a cork on hair jig. Water level at the bottom and it was cold enough to keep my second shirt on all day.
